County racers were busy this past weekend. Crouseville drag racer Gene Cyr was in Winterport, Caribou’s Jesse Michaud was vintage stock car racing at Wiscasset, and Fort Kent’s Austin Theriault was at Maine’s largest agriculture fair, the Fryeburg Fair for truck & tractor pulls with the family-owned Ground Pounder II 4 wd truck.

Harvey, New Brunswick’s RYAN Motorsports announces they will compete in the Late Model Sportsman Division at Speedway 660 in 2017. The team will once again go for the championship in LMS unless opportunity arises in Pro Stock. Engine builder Dick McNeal’s scale model engines plus two County kart racers lock up track championships.
